Thermal Testing
Our thermal test support service spans all types of spacecraft vacuum and ambient thermal tests. Combined with our mechanical test support service, we are able to guide our clients through development, qualification, and acceptance test campaigns. Our capability starts early on, where we can produce test specifications, ensure requirements capture, prepare test procedures, process test data, and generate test reports. We help our clients in finding suitable test facilities, and provide full AIT support for all tests, from the design of mechanical and/or thermal ground support equipment for transportation and mounting, to the integration of instruments into test chambers. We also support contamination control and product assurance, including the TRR and PTR milestones.
Thermal Cycling & Thermal Balance
With several successful flight hardware delivery campaigns under our belts, we apply our test support services to both thermal cycling and thermal balance tests, whether they are coupled or separate. Combined with our thermal analysis expertise, we can specify test conditions and instrumentation strategies for thermal balance tests, in order to allow effective and successful thermal model correlation. Whether early model, qualification, or acceptance testing, we support our clients fully throughout the test campaign, including documentation, ground support equipment design, AIT, contamination control, and TRR and PTR milestones.
Materials, Parts, & Process Qualification Testing
By combining our thermal and mechanical test support services, we provide full support for material, part, and process qualification campaigns, including humidity testing and ambient thermal cycling. As part of our thermal testing service, we help clients find a suitable test facility, ensure requirements capture, prepare test procedures, process test data, and generate test reports. We provide full AIT support for all tests, from the design of mechanical and/or thermal ground support equipment for transportation and mounting, to the integration of instruments into test chambers. We also provide support for TRR and PTR milestones.
